  • Internet or network information (e.g., browsing and search history, site and advertisement interactions).
  • Geolocation data (e.g., a precise location derived from GPS-enabled services).

How to Exercise your California Rights. As California residents, you may exercise the California privacy rights described above as follows:

  • Rights to information, access, and deletion. To request to exercise your data, access, or deletion rights:
    • Email Support@militaryfares.com
  • Right to opt-out of the "sale" of your Personal Information: Sky-tours.com does not sell your Personal Information in the conventional sense (i.e., for money). Making Personal Information available to these companies may be considered a "sale" under the CCPA.
  • Identity Verification and Additional Information are Needed to Process a Request. We reserve the right to confirm your California residence to process your requests and will need to verify your identity to process your requests to exercise your California privacy rights. As part of this process, government identification may be required.   California residents can empower an "authorized agent" to submit requests on their behalf. We will need the authorized agent to have written authorization confirming that authority. We cannot process your bid if you do not provide us with sufficient detail to allow us to understand and respond to it.
  • Changes to This California Consumer Privacy Act Disclosure: We may change or update this Disclosure from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Disclosure on the top of this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
