Waiheke Island Motel

Waiheke Island Motel is conveniently located in the heart of the populated western end of Waiheke Island. The Fullers passenger ferry terminal is a 10 minute drive, the Sealink vehicle ferry is a 5 minute drive, and it is on the main bus route. Across from the Saturday local farmers market at the R.S.A., you can walk to the islands main supermarket, Ostend shops, cafes, Nomadic Deli, and Francos Panetteria. The motel is within an easy 10 minute drive of 10 of the islands most beautiful beaches, including busy Oneroa beach, pretty Palm Beach, and the long beach at Onetangi. Many vineyards, restaurants, and local activities are also a short drive (or bus trip) away. Established many decades ago, the original cottage on Seaview Rd was one of the first backpacker retreats on bohemian Waiheke Island. Waiheke Island Motel has 14 spacious units and cottages in a pretty garden setting. It has a wide range of accommodation, from Garden Studio Apartments for 1 or 2 people through to 2-bedroom family units. We can accommodate individuals, couples, families or groups of 25 or more. We also have a number of apartments and houses available on the Island for extended stays. These can accommodate anything from couple to a couple of families together. All Motel Units and Cottages are fully self-contained and serviced daily with access to the swimming pool and spa. All you need to bring is yourself and something comfortable to wear.
