The restaurant, ‘The Bosphorus Lounge Bar, serves carefully selected, seasonal and delicious food from Turkish and international cuisine, to be enjoyed alongside magnificent views stretching from the Bosphorus Bridge to the Topkapı Palace. The historic mansion located just across the cobblestone street marks the entrance to the main building which offers the Executive Lounge, a private area that is exclusive to guests staying in Penthouse Bosphorus, Executive Bosphorus and Penthouse suites. The Executive Lounge is designed to ensure privacy and as such, has no outside access. The original building was built by the Balyan family, masters of Ottoman architecture who were responsible for shaping Istanbuls architectural identity by constructing most of the buildings for the Empire, including Dolmabahce Palace, Beylerbeyi Palace and the neighbouring Ortakoy Mosque.
