The hotel is strategically located in the centre of the city of Ushuaia, 200 metres from the main avenue San Martin and just a few paces from the main restaurants and shops in the city. The family-friendly city hotel provides a warm and comfortable atmosphere, with a breakfast area, living rooms overlooking the canal and places to read and play board games. The hotel has two entrances, one of which is via a lift. There are 15 guest rooms in total, with triple and quadruple rooms, as well as interconnecting rooms for families travelling with children. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour check-out service, a cloakroom, currency exchange and lift access to the upper floors. Younger guests can let off steam in the childrens playground. There is a café and a bar, and guests will appreciate the wireless Internet access. Guests can also take advantage of the room and laundry services (the latter for a fee). Bicycles can also be hired for a fee. The guestrooms overlook the canal and the city of Ushuaia. All rooms come with a private bathroom with a bathtub and a hairdryer, and offer a double bed. The rooms also come equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet access, a safe, central heating, fire alarms and tea and coffee making facilities as standard. Tea and coffee supplies are replenished daily. Guests can treat themselves to a soothing massage (for an additional fee). A buffet breakfast is served each morning at the hotel. The hotel offers direct access to Ushuaia airport, about 20 minutes by car.
