Palau Green Village

The Palau Green Village residential complex is located in a privileged position at just 500 metres from the centre of Palau and its services; 20 minutes by ferry from the island of La Maddalena, with its spectacular marine park; and 30-minutes drive from Costa Smeralda. The beach, set at 150 meters away, faces the beautiful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena and is surrounded by a thick pine wood, which features a fitness trail, represents a perfect spot for picnics, long walks and outdoor sports. All the apartments are comfortably decorated,can be either on the ground floor with a patio or on the first floor with a veranda (both furnished with table and chairs). Each apartment is equipped with kitchenette (crockery and cutlery included), air conditioning, satellite TV, WI-FI, microwave, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Reception office is open from 9 am to 1 pm and from 4:30 pm to 8 pm. Relaxing area, free Wi-Fi, shared washing machine, solarium, equipped swimming-pool, playground, shared barbecue area, free use of bicycles depending on availability (damage deposit of 50.00€), bar (by local providers, opening from May 1st), unattended parking. Palau town centre offers a variety of shops, pubs, restaurants and many other services. DISTANCE FROM THE SEA: 150/250 metres from a sandy beach. In one of these coves near the property, dogs are welcome. Rates include DAILY FORFAIT(water, gas, electricity, bed linen) and FINAL CLEANING (final cleaning of the kitchenette is guestsresponsibility, otherwise a supplement of € 50.00 will be charged) CITY TAX: compulsory tax in Palau to pay on spot. The cost might change depending on the season. REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT: € 200 (to be settled locally) refundable at the end of the stay after checking no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of checkout during non-office hours, the deposit will be refunded as soon as possible by bank transfer (any extra cost will be charged to the guest)
