It is around 300 m to the golf course of Chamonix, while the Aiguille du Midi cable car (the highest in Europe) and the Mer de Glace/Montenvers train are each about 1 km away. The closest airport is Geneva International, 1 hours drive (around 90 km) away. Built in 1900 and renovated in 2010, the ski hotel offers 19 bedrooms and belongs to the most convivial addresses in Chamonix. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with a newspaper stand.
